All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
Shipping Methods & Fees
All purchases are shipped via USPS. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your items. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order, the shipping method you select, and your shipping destination. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (standard service, three day service, two day service, etc.).
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to three business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. standard service, three day service, two day service). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Figuerola Laboratories cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Figuerola Laboratories does not ship overnight packages.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
To send items in your Shopping Cart, from one order, to more than one shipping address, simply follow the prompts to enter each address in your Address Book during Checkout and select the destination for each item.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. You can also track your order through FIGUEROLA.net following these simple steps: * Visit www.figuerola.net. * Click on 'ORDER STATUS' located on the top menu. * Sign in to your account using your email address and password. * If you ordered as a guest, a randomly generated password was sent to the email address provided for checking your order status. (If you did not receive this email, check your spam folder).
