Incorrect Items

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and obtain a credit or an exchange within 10 days of delivery. Product(s) must be unopened, unused and undamaged and must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt/invoice. Please send both the product and the copy of the receipt/invoice, using a traceable method to:

Only items purchased directly through FIGUEROLA LABORATORIES, either through this website or through a customer service representative, with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for exchange or return, provided they meet the above criteria.

Return shipping fees are not refundable. FIGUEROLA LABORATORIES will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. In the case that you were shipped an incorrect item, please refer to the Incorrect Item page.

Exchanges

If you're exchanging an item because of an error on the part of FIGUEROLA LABORATORIES (you were shipped the wrong product, size, etc.), we will pay the cost of Standard Service shipping to send a replacement item to you.

Returned items for exchange will be sent the correct item via standard service upon receipt of the returned item and invoice copy.


Incorrect Items

If we shipped you the wrong item, please email us at customerservice@figuerola.net or call at (800) 219-1147 or (805) 688-6626. You can visit the Contact Us page for an email form.

It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you call, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit our Order Tracking page to find the number in Your Order History.

Please note: FIGUEROLA LABORATORIES is not responsible for shipping, handling, and other additional charges for returned items.
