Gift Certificates

To redeem a gift certificate, follow these simple steps:
Shop online at www.figuerola.net and select items you wish to purchase. When you're ready to checkout, click "MY CART". Proceed through the checkout. During Step 5 of the checkout process, enter the code in the box under 'Redeem a Gift Certificate or Coupon'. Click 'Apply'. (Note: Codes are case sensitive).

Order Modification

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at (800) 219-1147 or (805) 688-6626 and ask to speak to a customer service representative. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions.
